What is and can be a very challenging (emotionally and physically) experience became positive for us all thanks to Dr. Puneet and the staff at the clinic. The staff is attentive, helpful, responsive and empathetic. Jennifer and others made my repeated visits (for sample collection, injections, medications etc) to the clinic both convenient and light with their demeanour and care. Having a surgical floor is also convenient given all procedures can be done there itself. Dr. Puneet is a gem!
